摘要
线粒体作为一种半自主性的细胞器,在维持细胞功能中发挥着复杂作用。足细胞损伤是足细胞病发病的中心环节。近年来,随着研究的不断深入,线粒体功能障碍在足细胞损伤中的地位被逐渐重视,目前有大量实验模型可证实线粒体损伤和功能障碍与足细胞稳态失衡相关。具体而言,各种线粒体生物学过程的异常均可导致足细胞受损,如线粒体呼吸链功能障碍、线粒体动力学异常、线粒体生物发生及自噬异常等。该研究将回顾线粒体在足细胞中的作用及其功能障碍对足细胞损伤的影响,以期为足细胞病靶向治疗提供新思路。
Mitochondria,as a semi-autonomous organelle,play a complex role in maintaining cell function.Podocyte injury is the central link in the pathogenesis of podocyte disease.In recent years,with the deepening of research,the status of mitochondrial dysfunction in podocyte injury has been paid more and more attention.At present,a large number of experimental models can verify that mitochondrial damage and dysfunction are related to the imbalance of podocyte homeostasis.Specifically,abnormalities in various mitochondrial biological processes can lead to podocyte damage,such as mitochondrial respiratory chain dysfunction,mitochondrial dynamics abnormalities,mitochondrial biogenesis and autophagy abnormalities.This study will review the role of mitochondria in podocytes and the effect of its dysfunction on podocyte injury,in order to provide new ideas for targeted therapy of podocyte diseases.
