Summary of LIU Jian’s Experience in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis with Uveitis

强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)伴发葡萄膜炎的发病率近年来呈上升趋势,现代医学对此疾病的治疗暂无特效药且多有副作用。刘健教授基于《内经》及新安医学痹证相关理论,认为其病因病机是“脾肾亏虚”“湿热蕴结”,从而确立了“健脾补肾”“清热利湿”的治则治法。临床经验丰富,疗效显著,现将其经验总结如下并附验案1则,以期为该疾病的诊疗提供新的思路和见解。

The incidence of Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS)associated with uveitis has been on the rise in recent years.Modern medicine has no specific medicine for the treatment of this disease and many of them have side effects.Based on the Neijing and the Xin’an medical theory of Bi syndrome,Professor LIU Jian believes that the etiology and pathogenesis are“spleen and kidney deficiency”and“dampness and heat accumulation”,thus establishing the treatment principle and method of“strengthening the spleen and kidney”and“clearing heat and removing dampness”.He has rich clinical experience and significant efficacy.His experience is summarized as follows and 1 case is attached,in order to provide new ideas and insights for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
