中医药防治血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Blood Stasis and Water Arrest

近年来,心血管疾病发病率逐年攀升,其中慢性心力衰竭以其高发病率、高病死率、高再入院率的特点成为临床医师诊疗的一大难题,临床中常常面临许多难题:如利尿剂抵抗、药物引起的肝肾功能损害、胃肠道瘀血导致服药困难等,而中医药在临床治疗慢性心力衰竭取得较好的效果,因而中医药防治慢性心力衰竭成为近年热点、难点。该文通过整理近年文献,从病因病机、临床研究、实验研究等几个方面进行分析,从而为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭常见证型血瘀水停证提供诊疗思路。

In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases has been rising year by year.Among them,chronic heart failure has become a major problem for clinical physicians due to its high incidence,high mortality rate,and high readmission rate.In clinical practice,many problems are often faced:such as diuretic resistance,druginduced liver and kidney damage,and difficulty in taking medicine due to gastrointestinal stasis.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot topic and difficulty in recent years.This article sorts out recent literature and analyzes it from several aspects,including etiology and pathogenesis,clinical research,and experimental research,so as to provide a diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical treatment of common syndromes of blood stasis and water retention in chronic heart failure.
