儿童抑郁障碍自评量表在农村3~6年级小学生中的信效度检验

The Reliability and Validity of the Depression Self-rating Scale for Children in Rural Students from Grade 3 to 6

摘要 目的:检验儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)在农村3~6年级小学生中应用的信度和效度。方法:使用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表对721名3~6年级农村小学生进行测量,以自尊量表(SES)和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表的抑郁分量表(DASS-D)作为效标问卷。1周后选取37名被试进行重测。结果:探索性因素分析结果显示,儿童抑郁障碍自评量表包含积极心境、消极心境、积极行为、消极行为、生理症状五个维度。验证性因素分析结果显示,五因子结构模型拟合良好(χ^(2/df)=2.287,RMSEA=0.060,SRMR=0.055,GFI=0.930,AGFI=0.901,IFI=0.903,CFI=0.901)。DSRSC总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.794,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.515~0.707,总分的重测信度为0.680,各维度的重测信度为0.297~0.764,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DSRSC总分与自尊(r=-0.617)和DASS-D得分(r=0.571)显著相关。结论:儿童抑郁障碍自评量表具有良好的信效度,适用于农村3~6年级小学生群体。 Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)in rural students from grade 3 to 6.Methods:A total of 721 primary school students from grade 3 to 6 in rural areas were investigated with the depression self-rating scale for children.The self-esteem scale(SES)and the depression subscale of depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS-D)were selected as criterion-related indicators.After 1 week,37 subjects were retested to examine test-retest reliability.Results:The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the depression self-rating scale for children included five dimensions,namely,positive mood,negative mood,positive behavior,negative behavior and physical symptoms.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitness indices of the five-factor structure model were acceptable(χ^(2/df)=2.287,RMSEA=0.060,SRMR=0.055,GFI=0.930,AGFI=0.901,IFI=0.903,CFI=0.901).The Cronbach'sαof the DSRSC was 0.794,and the Cronbach'sαof each dimension was 0.515~0.707.The retest reliability of the total score was 0.680,and the retest reliability of each dimension was 0.297~0.764,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total score of DSRSC was significantly correlated with self-esteem score(r=-0.617)and DASS-D score(r=0.571).Conclusion:The Chinese version of the depression self-rating scale for children shows good reliability and validity among rural primary school students in grade 3~6.
