闪动技术干预童年创伤经历大学生创伤后应激症状:一项随机对照试验

Intervention of Flash Technique on Post-traumatic Stress Symptoms of College Students with Childhood Trauma Experiences:A Randomized Controlled Trial

摘要 目的:本研究旨在探索闪动技术对童年创伤经历大学生创伤后应激症状的干预效果及干预机制。方法:通过网络招募73名有童年创伤经历且存在创伤后应激症状的被试,随机分成干预组和等待组,先后进行6周、每周1次的闪动技术干预,干预结束一个月后进行追踪测量。结果:与等待组相比,闪动技术干预显著降低了干预组的创伤后应激症状和消极注意偏向水平,显著提高了积极注意偏向和核心自我评价水平,且这些变化在追踪中得到了一定的保持。积极注意偏向的变化量与核心自我评价的变化量在闪动技术对创伤后应激症状的改善中起链式中介作用。结论:研究结果提示闪动技术在创伤干预中能够提升创伤经历个体的积极注意偏向和核心自我评价,进而改善创伤后应激症状。 Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the intervention effect and mechanism of Flash Technique on post-traumatic stress symptoms of college students who experienced childhood trauma.Methods:Seventy-three subjects with childhood trauma experiences and post-traumatic stress symptoms were recruited through the Internet and randomly divided into intervention group and waiting group.They were intervened by Flash Technique for 6 times in 6 weeks and followed up for one month after the intervention.Results:Compared with the waiting group,the Flash Technique intervention significantly reduced the scores of post-traumatic stress symptoms,and significantly improved the scores of positive attention bias and core self-evaluation of the subjects in the intervention group,and reduced the scores of negative attention bias,and these improvements maintained to some extent.The change of positive attention bias and core self-evaluation played a chain mediating role in the influence of Flash Technique intervention on post-traumatic stress symptoms.Conclusion:The study preliminarily verified that the Flash Technique can improve the core self-evaluation by enhancing the positive attention bias in trauma intervention,and finally improve the symptoms of post-traumatic stress.
