铁死亡在脏器缺血再灌注损伤中作用的研究进展

摘要 当前,缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)作为临床治疗的重大挑战,其机制与干预策略备受关注。铁死亡是新兴的细胞死亡方式,因其与IRI的紧密联系而成为研究热点。铁死亡在IRI过程中扮演关键角色,通过调控其发生机制可有效减轻脏器损伤。且铁死亡抑制剂及基因靶向疗法已展现出治疗脑、肝、肾等重要脏器IRI的潜力。未来研究将聚焦于铁死亡对IRI的调节机制,探索新型抑制药物的药理效应和安全性,并拓展铁死亡在全身性疾病治疗中的应用,以期为患者提供更有效的治疗策略。 At present,ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)is a major challenge in clinical treatment,and its mechanism and intervention strategies have attracted much attention.Ferroptosis,as an emerging form of cell death,has become a research hotspot because of its close relationship with IRI.Ferroptosis plays a key role in the IRI process,and can effectively alleviate organ damage by regulating its pathogenesis.In addition,ferroptosis inhibitors and gene-targeted therapies have shown the potential to treat IRI in important organs such as the brain,liver,and kidneys.In the future,the research will focus on the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis on IRI,exploring the pharmacological effects and safety of novel inhibitory drugs,and expanding the application of ferroptosis in the treatment of systemic diseases,in order to provide more effective treatment strategies to the patients.
