细胞的体内示踪成像技术研究进展

摘要 细胞疗法是国际研究的热点,给许多疾病的治疗带来了新的希望。在体内实现细胞的示踪成像对于系统研究治疗细胞的组织分布和器官归宿至关重要。放射性核素成像、磁共振成像、CT成像、光声成像、近红外荧光成像、生物发光成像均是具有代表性的细胞体内示踪成像技术,比较不同成像方法的优缺点,有助于认识不同成像方法的互补性,进而联合应用多种成像技术,从而提高细胞体内示踪成像空间分辨率、时间分辨率、灵敏度,这是未来细胞体内示踪领域研究的重要方向。 Cell therapy is a hot topic in international research,bringing new hope to the treatment of many diseases.It is crucial to realize cell tracing imaging in vivo for the systematic study of the tissue distribution and organ destination of therapeutic cells.Radioisotope imaging,magnetic resonance imaging,CT imaging,photoacoustic imaging,near-infrared fluorescence imaging,and bioluminescence imaging are all representative in vivo cell tracing imaging techniques.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different imaging methods can help understand the complementarity of different imaging methods,and then jointly apply multiple imaging techniques to improve the spatial resolution,temporal resolution,and sensitivity of in vivo cell tracing imaging.This is an important direction for future research in the field of in vivo cell tracing.
