摘要
为确保新设计的拼接式游艇拖车架的使用安全性,对游艇拖车架进行仿真分析。介绍了游艇拖车架的结构,设置六种模拟工况,分析得到游艇拖车架的应力分布情况,并以此为依据进行优化设计。仿真分析结果显示,原设计已符合使用要求。经过优化设计,安全因数由1.19提高至1.48。
In order to ensure the safety of the newly designed spliced yacht trailer frame,simulation analysis was conducted on the yacht trailer frame.The structure of the yacht trailer frame was introduced,and six simulated working conditions were set up to analyze the stress distribution of the yacht trailer frame,then,the optimization design was carried out based on this analysis.The simulation analysis result shows that the original design just meets the usage requirement.Through optimization design,the safety factor raises from 1.19 to 1.48.
