摘要
[目的]随着国产车市场的快速发展,售后件需求快速上升,主机厂对售后件的产能要求愈发迫切。在产量持续提升且不委外的情况下,主机厂需要在现有管理、技术和设备的基础上不断优化,以最小的成本来完成产能提升的需求。[方法]对售后件的涂装生产应对措施与方案进行必要的分析。[结果]在管理上,售后件实施标准化工时管理,并通过工时计算各工序的人员配比,提升了人员的加工效率;在工艺上,若无法通过调整物流送件比例,则通过增加循环轨道来避免堵线。[结论]经过生产优化,售后件的涂装生产可以有序、稳定地进行,降低了成本,满足了市场需求。
[Introduction]With the rapid development of the domestic car market,the demand for painted spare parts is rising rapidly.The original equipment manufacturer(OEM)has an urgent need for increasing the production capacity of painted spare parts.In the case of continuous production increase without outsourcing,the management,technology,and equipment needs to be continuously optimized based on the current situation to meet the demand for capacity increase at the minimum cost.[Method]The countermeasures and some improvement schemes for the painting of spare parts were analyzed.[Result]In terms of management,the standardized man hour management was implemented,and the number of personnel ratio needed for each procedure was calculated through the man hour requirement,which improves the processing efficiency of personnel.In terms of technology,if the proportion of the parts to be painted cannot be adjusted via logistics delivery,an internal circular track should be added to avoid the congestion of the production line.[Conclusion]After the implementation of the said optimization measures,the painting of spare parts can be carried out in an orderly and stable manner,reducing costs and meeting market demands.
