温度和植物外源激素对藏药绿绒蒿种子萌发的影响

摘要 以全缘叶绿绒蒿种子为材料,研究不同温度条件和植物外源激素对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明,全缘叶绿绒蒿种子萌发的最适温度为20℃;种子低温胁迫及其协同变温处理,植物外源激素GA3、ETH和CKT溶液浸种处理均对绿绒蒿种子休眠的解除有促进作用,显著提高种子萌发率、发芽势、平均发芽速度和发芽指数,以400 mg/L的GA3溶液浸种处理的催芽效果最佳。 Using Meconopsis integrifolia seeds as materials,the effects of different temperature conditions and exogenous hormones on seed germination of Meconopsis integrifolia were studied.The results showed that the optimum temperature for seed germination was 20℃.Seed low temperature stress and its cooperative temperature change treatment,plant exogenous hormones GA 3,ETH and CKT solution soaking treatment could promote the release of mandormancy of Meconopsis integrifolia seeds,and significantly improve seed germination rate,germination potential,average germination speed and germination index.400 mg/L GA 3 solution soaking treatment had the best germination effect.
