摘要
针对直流伺服电机应用要求的提高,设计一种基于STM32F407VGT6微处理器和TMC4671电机控制器的电机控制系统,采用硬件磁场定向控制(FOC)以满足对电机运动控制的高性能需求。介绍了矢量控制的工作原理,从硬件和软件两个方面阐述了整个控制系统的实现方法,并搭建了实验平台对该设计进行验证。实验结果表明,TMC4671在电机控制领域呈现出卓越的特性,包括高度集成化、矢量控制及对位置和速度优越控制能力。
In view of the increasing application requirements of DC servo motor,a motor control system based on STM32F407VGT6 microprocessor and TMC4671 motor controller is designed and hardware field oriented control(FOC)is adopted to meet the high-performance requirements of motor motion control.The working principle of vector control is introduced,the implementation method of the whole control system is expounded from the aspects of hardware and software and an experimental plaform is built to verify the design.The experimental results show that the TMC4671 exhibits excellent characteristics in the field of motor control,including high integration,vector control and superior control ability of position and speed.
