摘要
旋转变压器作为电机控制中具有代表性的机械式位置传感器,其传输至解码芯片的信号质量决定着电机控制精度的下限,因此,提升旋变信号的抗扰度很有意义。此处着手于从板极电路端研究提升旋变信号质量的方法,通过分析影响信号质量的电磁干扰,从差模、共模噪声抑制入手,并结合线缆屏蔽及机壳接地方式的处理,设计了一种能有效应对强电磁干扰的端口滤波拓扑。并在装有旋变的永磁同步电机实验平台上,对配有滤波拓扑的旋变线缆进行传导抗扰(CS)测试以及电快速脉冲群抗扰(EFT)测试,验证了所设计拓扑的实用性。
Resolver as a representative mechanical position sensor in motor control,the signal quality transmitted to the decoding chip determines the lower limit of motor control accuracy.Therefore,improving the anti-interference ability of the resolver signal is very meaningful.The methods to improve the quality of rotary transformer signals from the board circuit end are focused on.By analyzing the electromagnetic interference that affects signal quality,starting from the suppression of differential mode and common mode noise,and combining with the processing of cable shielding and chassis grounding connection methods,a port filtering topology that can effectively cope with strong electromagnetic interference is designed.And on the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor equipped with resolver,conducted conducted immunity test and electrical fast transient pulse group anti-interference test on the resolver cable equipped with a filtering topology,verifying the practicality of the designed topology.
