陶瓷/钛合金复合装甲抗侵彻性能优化设计研究

摘要 针对碳化硅陶瓷/钛合金复合装甲的防护性能的优化研究,提出基于Florence模型对复合装甲的抗侵彻性能进行优化设计。基于Florence模型推导4种优化问题相应的隐函数关系式,并给出了解析式求解方法。最后,通过数值法绘制出了面密度和总厚度与弹道极限速度之间的最优解曲线,能够准确预测面密度和总厚度与弹道极限速度之间的最优解。 A study on the optimization of the protective performance of silicon carbide ceramic/titanium alloy composite armor was proposed,and the anti-penetration performance of the composite armor was optimized based on the Florence model.Four implicit function relationships for optimization problems were derived based on the Florence model,and analytical solutions were provided.Finally,the optimal solution curve between areal density,total thickness,and ballistic limit velocity was plotted using numerical methods,which can accurately predict the optimal solution between areal density,total thickness,and ballistic limit velocity.
