包装用电镀铬薄钢板的生产现状与环境问题分析

Analysis of the Production Status and Environmental Issues of Electroplated Chromium Steel Plate for Packaging

电镀铬薄钢板(TFS)由于无需使用昂贵的金属锡而替代镀锡薄钢板(马口铁)被广泛应用于包装行业。本文对电镀铬薄钢板的结构特点、生产工艺及生产进出口情况进行了全面的综述。此外,基于现有六价铬电镀工艺所产生的环境问题,展望了新工艺开发的必要性和紧迫性。

Electroplated chromium steel plate(TFS)has been widely used in the packaging industry as a substitute for tin-plated steel plate(tinplate)due to the non-use of the expensive metal tin.The structural characteristics,production process and production import and export of TFS are comprehensively reviewed in this paper.Furthermore,based on the environmental problems generated by the existing hexavalent chromium plat-ing process,the necessity and urgency of the development of new processes are envisioned.
