摘要
磷是玉米淀粉加工废水中富集的关键资源,但目前尚缺乏高效、经济的回收利用技术。本文提出采用羟基磷灰石(HAP)结晶法,以实现玉米淀粉废水中磷的去除和资源回收效能。在分析玉米淀粉废水中磷资源特点的基础上,阐述了HAP结晶法的反应原理,构建了包括预处理、结晶反应、产物分离与纯化等环节的工艺流程,并从工业化应用潜力、经济效益和生态环境效益等方面,分析该技术的应用前景,以期为玉米淀粉废水资源化利用提供新思路。
Phosphorus is a key resource enriched in corn starch processing wastewater,but there is still a lack of efficient and economi-cal recycling technology.In this paper,hydroxyapatite(HAP)crystallization method is proposed to achieve phosphorus removal and resource recov-ery efficiency in corn starch wastewater.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of phosphorus resources in corn starch wastewater,the reaction principle of HAP crystallization method was expounded,and the process flow including pretreatment,crystallization reaction,product separation and purification was constructed,and the application prospect of this technology was analyzed from the aspects of industrial application potential,eco-nomic benefits and ecological environmental benefits,in order to provide new ideas for the resource utilization of corn starch wastewater.
