基于HAZOP分析方法的传统釜式硝化与连续管式硝化的危险性对比分析

摘要 硝化工艺由于反应热安全风险较高,一直以来是化工安全管理的重点关注对象。为确定哪种硝化工艺装置的安全风险更低,采用HAZOP分析方法,分别对传统釜式硝化与连续管式硝化进行了风险分析。结果显示,连续管式硝化的固有风险明显低于传统釜式硝化,且高风险场景的后果严重度也明显低于釜式硝化。可见,采用连续管式硝化替代传统釜式硝化是降低安全风险的有效措施。 The nitration process has always been a key focus of safety management in the chemical industry,because of its high risk of reaction heat.To determine which nitration equipment has a lower safety risk,using HAZOP to conduct risk analyses of traditional kettle nitration and continuous tube nitration.The results show that the inherent risk of continuous tube nitration is significantly lower than that of traditional kettle nitration,and the seriousness of high-risk scenarios in continuous tube nitration is also significantly lower than that in kettle nitration.It can be seen that replacing traditional kettle nitration with continuous tube nitration is an effective measure to reduce safety risks.
