摘要
本文旨在提高煤化工企业发电机组汽轮机主油泵的可靠性和稳定性,减少因主油泵故障导致的停机损失。通过对某企业主油泵断轴故障的深入分析,采用故障现象观察、断口分析、检修情况评估、运行监测与维护问题探讨及制造和设计环节考量等方法,研究主油泵断轴原因。提出了包括加强检修环节管控、优化操作管理、改进泵轴结构设计、增加监测等防范措施。
This paper aims to enhance the reliability and stability of the main oil pump of steam turbines in coal chemical enterprise generator sets and reduce shutdown losses caused by main oil pump failures.Through in-depth analysis of the shaft breakage failure of the main oil pump in an enterprise,methods such as observing fault phenomena,analyzing fractures,evaluating maintenance conditions,discussing operation monitoring and maintenance issues,and considering manufacturing and design aspects are used to study the causes of shaft breakage.Preventive measures including strengthening control of the maintenance link,optimizing operation management,improving the pump shaft structure design,and adding monitoring are proposed.
