摘要
红松具有较长的营养生长阶段。为了促进红松营养生长向生殖生长转化,提早结实,于2015年7月12日到9月初,在辽宁省草河口15年红松林内对红松树体开展了不同浓度的GA_(4/7)不同时间的茎干输液试验。结果表明:7月12日红松树茎干按25 mg·株^(-1)用量注射GA_(4/7)处理,对15年红松实生树具有促进提前结实作用,较对照提前20%,其他时间效果不明显。
Pinus koraiensis has a long vegetative growth stage.In order to promote the transformation of vegetative growth of Pinus koraiensis to reproductive growth and make early fruiting,from July 12th to early September in 2015,the stem infusion test of different concentrations of GA_(4/7)at different times was carried out on Pinus koraiensis trees in the 15-year Pinus koraiensis forest in Caohekou of Liaoning Province.The results showed that on July 12th,the stem of Pinus koraiensis tree was injected with GA_(4/7)at a dose of 25 mg·plant^(-1),which promoted the early fruiting of 15-year-old Pinus koraiensis seedling trees,20%earlier than the control,and the effect was not obvious at other times.
