湖南省地方标准发展现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of the Development of Local Standards in Hunan Province

地方标准作为我国标准分类中的一种,是国家标准和行业标准的补充。地方标准的制定与实施,可以强化企业的自律意识,提高产品的质量,推动社会诚信机制和体系的建立和完善。本文对湖南省近十年来现行有效的地方标准进行分析,从标准行业分布、标准起草单位、标准归口单位等方面客观阐述了湖南省地方标准发展现状并提出相关建议,以期为湖南省地方标准制修订工作的持续完善提供参考借鉴。

Local standards,a kind of Chinese standards,is a supplement to national standards and sectoral standards.The formulation and implementation of local standards can strengthen the sense of self-discipline of enterprises,improve the quality of products,and promote the establishment and improvement of social integrity mechanisms and systems.This paper analyzes the current local standards in Hunan Province that have been effective in the past decade,objectively describes the development status of local standards in Hunan Province from aspects such as the distribution of industries,drafting units,and responsible units,and puts forward relevant suggestions,in order to provide reference for the continuous improvement of the development and revision of local standards in Hunan province.
