Research on the Construction of Standards System for the Whole Industrial Chain of Zhanjiang Sweet Potatoes

本研究探讨了湛江甘薯全产业链标准体系的构建过程与其在产业高质量发展中的作用。通过系统性分析湛江甘薯产业的现状、技术需求及政策支持,提出了一套涵盖甘薯育种、育苗、种植、采后商品化、质量、检验检测及深加工等七个子体系的标准体系。研究运用系统论方法,结合湛江独特的地理位置、气候条件和土壤特色,旨在提升甘薯产业标准化水平,促进甘薯产业绿色、优质、高产发展,并打造具有地方特色的甘薯品牌,该标准体系的构建为湛江甘薯产业的优化升级提供了重要的技术支撑。

This paper explores the construction process of standards system for the whole industrial chain of Zhanjiang sweet potato and its role in the high-quality development of the industry.Through a systematic analysis of the current status,technical needs,and policy support of the Zhanjiang sweet potato industry,a comprehensive standards system plan has been proposed,consisting of seven subsystems:breeding,seedling cultivation,planting,post-harvest commercialization,quality control,inspection,and deep processing of sweet potatoes.By applying systems theory and considering Zhanjiang’s unique geographical location,climate conditions,and soil characteristics,the research aims to enhance the standardization level of the sweet potato industry,promote its green,high-quality,and high-yield development,and create a sweet potato brand with regional characteristics.The construction of this standards system provides vital technical support for the optimization and upgrading of the Zhanjiang sweet potato industry.
