摘要
洗涤剂可迅速分解污物,避免病菌传染,清洁食品和食品接触材料,有力地保障了食品安全,已成为人民群众生活必需的消费品。食品用洗涤剂主要成分包括表面活性剂、助溶剂、油脂螯合剂,为改善产品的外观和使用效果,还会添加增稠剂、防腐剂、着色剂、香精、其他添加剂等。洗涤剂的各种组分产生协同作用,保证了洗涤剂的去污效果。
Detergents can quickly decompose dirt,avoid bacterial infection,and clean food and food contact materials,effectively ensuring food safety,which have become essential consumer goods for people’s daily lives.The main ingredients of food detergents include surfactants,cosolvents and oil chelating agents.In order to improve the appearance and use effect of the product,thickening agents,preservatives,colorants,essences,and other additives will also be added.The various components of detergents have a synergistic effect,ensuring the cleaning effect of detergents.
