从质量管理原则理解“持续改进、与时俱进”的含义

Understanding the Meaning of“Continuous Improvement and Keeping Pace with the Times”from the Principle of Quality Management

本文通过对国际标准化组织总结的八项质量管理原则(后改为七项原则)的介绍,分析了作为质量管理体系国际标准理论基础的核心思想原则:“持续改进”,及其在质量管理体系和其他管理体系国际标准的应用,以便更好地理解当今广泛使用的“与时俱进”,并追溯和梳理了这一思想原则在中国传统文化中的类似表述,如“与年俱进、与时偕行”。探究其思想内涵及其在国内外广泛传播和影响,具有现实意义。以期对标准化工作和认证审核人员在思想理论研究和理解应用方面做参考。

This paper introduces the eight quality management principles(later changed into seven principles)summarized by the International Organization for Standardization.It analyzes the core principle of quality management system,which is the theoretical basis of international standards,as well as its application in international standards for quality management system and other management systems,in order to better understand the widely used“keeping pace with the times”concept.It also traces back and sorts out the similar expression of this principle in Chinese traditional culture,such as“keeping pace with the times and advancing with the times”.It is of practical significance to probe into its meaning as well as its dissemination and influence at home and abroad,in order to provide reference for standardization work and certification auditors in terms of theoretical research and understanding of the application.
