[C_(14)mim]BF_(4)对大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 为了研究离子液体四氟硼酸化-1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑盐([C_(14)mim]BF_4)对大鼠的免疫毒性,实验设立3个染毒组(12.5、25和50 mg·kg^(-1))、1个染毒恢复组(50 mg·kg^(-1))和空白对照组,考察SD大鼠经口染毒90 d后,[C_(14)mim]BF_4对大鼠体质量变化、脏器系数及免疫功能的影响。结果显示:[C_(14)mim]BF_4染毒后,大鼠体质量和脏器指数均发生改变;其脾脏B淋巴细胞亚群及其增殖能力、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK细胞)活性以及血清中白介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)和补体蛋白C3含量均随染毒剂量的增加而降低;而血清中γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的水平则随[C_(14)mim]BF_4剂量的增加而升高。停止染毒30 d后,部分指标略有改善。实验表明[C_(14)mim]BF_4长期染毒可引起大鼠免疫功能紊乱,产生免疫毒性。 To study the immunotoxicity of the ionic liquid tetrafluoroborated-1-tetracyl-3-methylimidazole salt([C_(14)min]BF_(4))on rats,the experiment established three dosing groups(12.5,25 and 50 mg·kg^(-1)),one dosing recovery group(50 mg·kg^(-1)),and a blank control group.The effects of[C_(14)min]BF_(4)on body weight changes,organ coefficients,and immune function in SD rats were observed after oral administration for 90 days.The results showed that after[C_(14)min]BF_(4)exposure,the body weight and organ indices of the rats changed.The spleen B lymphocyte subsets and their proliferative capacity,natural killer(NK)cell activity,and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and complement protein C3 in serum decreased as the exposure doses increased;while the level of interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in serum increased with increasing doses of[C_(14)min]BF_(4).After a 30-day recovery period following exposure cessation,some indicators showed slight improvements.The experiment indicates that long-term exposure to[C_(14)min]BF_(4)can cause immune dysfunction in rats and produce immunotoxicity.
