摘要
高校意识形态领域具有典型的场域特征,意识形态场域权能理论的建构作为一种理论创新,对指导高校意识形态安全体系的建构具有现实意义。意识形态场域本质上是多层次社会关系交织运行而形成的社会结构,其内部权力、资本的分配与最终位置的确立以话语体系为媒介,其安全运行是场域内行动者惯习的运行呈现。意识形态场域权能理论分为赋权行动与赋能行动,前者是场域内各主体的权力再分配过程,后者是场域内各主体基于国家主流意识形态而达成的一种价值共创行为。意识形态场域内部权能运行具有正向赋权赋能和反向限权限能两种类型。在场域权能理论观照下,建构高校意识形态安全体系的进路必须从强化政治统领、明确价值导向、统筹系统赋能与注重协同发力四个层面展开。
The ideological field in universities has typical field characteristics,and the construc⁃tion of the theory of ideological field power is itself a theoretical innovation,which is of signifi⁃cance for the construction of the ideological security system in universities.The ideological field is essentially a social structure formed by the interweaving and operation of multi-level social re⁃lationships.The distribution of both internal power and capital as well as the establishment of fi⁃nal positions of which are mediated by a discourse system.Its safe operation is a habitual manifes⁃tation of the actors within the field.The theory of ideological field power can be divided into em⁃powering actions and empowering actions.The former is the process of power redistribution among various subjects within the field,while the latter is a value co⁃creation behavior achieved by vari⁃ous subjects within the field based on the mainstream ideology of the country.The operation of power within the ideological field can be divided into two types:positive empowerment and nega⁃tive restricted empowerment.From the perspective of the theory of field power,the construction of the ideological security system in universities must be carried out from four aspects:strengthening political leadership,clarifying value orientation,coordinating system empowerment,and emphasiz⁃ing collaborative efforts.
