Discussion on the Treatment of Bone Metastasis of Breast Cancer Based on the Theory of"Shaoyang Dominating Bone"

基于“少阳主骨”理论探析乳腺癌骨转移的病机及治法。少阳为阳气之枢纽,可调控阳气的释放、收敛及运转,鼓动其上下宣通,调达枢机,协调阴阳平衡。乳腺癌骨转移证属本虚标实,其标为热毒、痰浊、瘀血、癌毒,其本为气血亏损,两者互成因果。少阳枢机不利为此病发展之关键病机,应将调达少阳为基本原则贯穿临床治疗始终。

Based on the theory of"Shaoyang dominating bone",the author analyzed the pathogenesis and treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer.Shaoyang is the hub of yang qi,which can regulate the release,convergence and operation of yang qi,encourage it to communicate up and down,reach the cardinal and coordinate the balance of yin and yang.Bone metastasis of breast cancer is deficiency in essence but excess in substance,the external manifestations are heat toxin,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and cancer toxin,while the essence is qi and blood loss,and the two are mutually causal.The unfavorable Shaoyang cardinal mechanism is the key pathogenesis for the development of this disease,and the basic principle of adjusting Shaoyang should be carried through the clinical treatment.
