摘要
代谢重编程是肿瘤生物学特性,主要表现为葡萄糖、脂质及氨基酸能量代谢流量与流向异常,贯穿于胃癌前病变发生发展的全过程。其伴随的生理功能异常、营养物质过度消耗及异常代谢产物产生与浊毒致病的病机相似。以代谢重编程为切入点,探讨浊毒致病在胃癌前病变中的科学内涵,为化浊解毒法治疗胃癌前病变的机制研究提供思路。
Metabolic reprogramming is a biological characteristic of tumors,mainly manifested as abnormal flow and direction of glucose,lipid,and amino acid energy metabolism,which runs through the entire process of the occurrence and development of gastric precancerous lesions.The accompanying physiological dysfunction,excessive consumption of nutrients,and production of abnormal metabolic products are similar to the pathogenesis of turbid toxins.Taking metabolic reprogramming as the starting point,this study explored the scientific connotation of turbid toxin pathogenesis in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,providing ideas for the mechanism research of the treatment of precancerous lesions with turbid toxin detoxification method.
