基于“一源三岐”理论探讨子宫结合带异常的针药并施辨治思路

摘要 子宫结合带是T2加权磁共振成像(MRT)中子宫内膜和子宫肌层之间的低信号带状结构,其结构或功能异常会导致众多妇科疾病,而有月经紊乱、痛经、不孕等临床表现。“一源三岐”理论首见于《儒门事亲》,该书总结并概括了冲任督三脉与胞宫在女性正常生理中的重要作用。基于“一源三岐”理论,子宫结合带异常病位在胞宫,而与冲任带三脉密切相关,治疗时应顺应月经周期,分期论治,使冲盛任通、督阳充足,并加以引经药直达病所,合用针刺进一步加强益气填精、通调三脉之功,以收良效。 The uterine junction zone is a low-signal band structure between the endometrium and myometrium in T2 weighted magnetic resonance imaging(MRT),whose structural or functional abnormalities can lead to a lot of gynecological diseases,and often accompanied by irregular menstrual,dysmenorrhea,infertility and other clinical manifestations.The theory of"yi yuan san qi"first appeared in the Ru Men Shi Qin,which summarized and generalized the important role of the three meridians of Chong,Ren,Du and the uterus in the normal physiological functions of women.Based on the theory of"yi yuan san qi",the abnormal location of the uterine junction zone is in the uterus,which is closely related to the Chong,Ren and Du meridians.The treatment should follow the menstrual cycle and be divided into stages to ensure clear in Chong and Ren,and sufficient in Du Yang.In addition,meridian guiding drugs should be taken directly to the disease site,and acupuncture should be used to further strengthen the functions of tonifying Qi,filling essence,and regulating the three meridians,in order to achieve good results.
