围绝经期综合征妇女中医护理技术实施的证据总结

Summary of Evidence on the Implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique for Women with Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的:检索并总结与围绝经期综合征妇女中医护理技术的相关证据。方法:根据“6S”证据模型,检索各指南网站、相关协会及中英文数据库关于围绝经期综合征妇女中医护理的所有文献,检索时限为建库至2023年12月31日。由3名研究者对文献质量进行评价和资料提取。结果:共纳入21篇文献,其中指南4篇、最佳证据1篇、系统评价11篇、专家共识5篇。最终形成穴位疗法、耳穴疗法、导引术、情志护理、刮痧疗法、灸法、其他中医护理疗法7个证据大类,共26条证据。结论:总结了围绝经期综合征妇女中医护理最佳证据,为围绝经期综合征妇女提供了科学、合理的中医护理方案,但应用时需结合具体临床情境及背景、患者体质、患者意愿等针对性地选择证据。

Objective:To retrieve and summarize the relevant evidence of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing techniques for women with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:According to the"6S"evidence model,all literature on TCM nursing of women with perimenopausal syndrome was retrieved from various guideline websites,relevant associations,and Chinese and english databases.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023.Three researchers evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted data.Results:A total of 21 literatures were included,including 4 guidelines,1 best evidence,11 systematic reviews,and 5 expert consensus articles.Ultimately,there were 26 pieces of evidence in 7 major categories:acupoint therapy,ear acupoint therapy,guidance therapy,emotional care,scraping therapy,moxibustion,and other traditional Chinese medicine nursing therapies.Conclusion:The best evidence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for women with perimenopausal syndrome has been summarized,providing a scientific and reasonable traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan for women with perimenopausal syndrome.However,the evidence should be selected according to the specific clinical situation and background,dialectical patient's constitution,and consideration of patient's will.
