神经内科专病门诊带教在全科医师规范化培训中的应用价值

The Value of Specialized Outpatient Teaching in the Neurology Department for the Standardized Training of General Practitioners

全科医师规范化培训本质和宗旨决定了门诊服务是其工作的重点,门诊教学应是全科教学的重中之重。目前各基地培训及带教存在“重住院,轻门诊”情况,开展专病门诊带教的基地更是少之又少。因此,各基地应强化专病门诊带教,充分利用专病门诊搭建的患者资源及教学科研资源,结合多模式带教方法,建设更优质的全科医师住培基地。结合临床教学实践,并对Pubmed、Medline、中国知网、中国万方等数据库相关文献进行归纳整理。文章主要从国内外全科医学发展史、专病门诊的优势、神经病学学科特点及多模式带教方法等几方面进行阐述,并以运动障碍专病门诊带教举例说明,阐明神经内科专病门诊带教在全科医师规范化培训中的价值。

The essence and purpose of standardized training for general practitioners(GPs)determine that outpatient service is the main focus of their work,and outpatient teaching should be the top priority in general practice education.Currently,there is a tendency in various training bases to“emphasize inpatient training while neglecting outpatient service”,and even fewer bases conduct specialized disease outpatient teaching.Therefore,each base should strengthen specialized outpatient teaching,fully utilizing the patient resources and teaching and research resources provided by specialized clinics.By combining multi-mode teaching methods,they can build higher-quality training bases for general practitioners.This article summarizes and organizes relevant literature from databases such as PubMed,Medline,CNKI,and Wanfang.It elaborates on the development history of general practice both domestically and internationally,the advantages of specialized outpatient clinics,the characteristics of the neurology discipline,and multi-mode teaching methods.The teaching of movement disorder clinics is used as an example to illustrate the value of specialized neurology outpatient teaching in the standardized training of GPs.
