摘要
护理专业的本质决定了其必备的人文内涵,护生不仅要有精湛的专业技能,更要具备良好的职业素养和高尚的道德情操,将“课程思政”融入护理专业教育有助于培养德才兼备的护理人才。《内科护理学》是护理专业核心课程,在《内科护理学》课程教学中加强思政教育,是培养高素质护理专业人才的必由之路。文章阐述了《内科护理学》“双元驱动、三维融通”的课程思政建设与实践方案、教学成效及教学反思,以期将专业知识、技能与思政教育有机结合,并与后续临床实习有效衔接,充分发挥专业课的育人功能,实现立德树人的目标,为培养德才兼备的护理人才提供保证,同时也为专业同类课程开展课程思政提供借鉴。
The nature of the nursing profession necessitates its inherent humanistic qualities,requiring nursing students to possess not only excellent professional skills but also strong professional ethics and noble moral character.Integrating“ideological and political education”into nursing education aids in cultivating nursing talents with both virtue and talent.Internal medicine nursing is a core course in the nursing curriculum,and strengthening ideological and political education in this course is essential for training high-quality nursing professionals.This paper discusses the“dual-driven and three-dimensional integration”approach in internal medicine nursing courses,detailing the construction and practice of ideological and political education,teaching effectiveness,and reflections.The aim is to organically integrate professional knowledge with ideological and political education,effectively linking it with subsequent clinical internships,to fully leverage the educational function of professional courses,achieve the goal of fostering moral integrity,and ensure the cultivation of well-rounded nursing talents.This approach also provides a reference for similar courses to implement ideological and political education.
