医学研究生导师与辅导员协同育人机制与路径研究

摘要 研究生思想政治教育工作的质量决定着高层次医学人才的培养质量。医学院校研究生导师与辅导员作为研究生教育工作的主体,在研究生思政育人体系中发挥着至关重要的作用。围绕立德树人根本任务,为不断适应医学教育规律及研究生成长特点,切实解决医学院校研究生思政教育工作中的弱项短板,研究分析研究生导师与辅导员在协同育人理念共识、制度机制、育人成效等方面存在的现实困境及潜在成因,通过明确协同育人职责,健全制度体系,加强业务培训,拓宽沟通渠道,打造专兼结合的育人队伍等方式,探讨符合医学研究生培养模式的导师与辅导员(导辅)协同育人路径,进一步强化导辅双方责任意识和育人主动性,助力提升高校育人能力和育人水平,推动医学研究生教育高质量、内涵式发展。 The quality of graduates’ideological and political education determines the quality of cultivating medical talents.As the main subjects,tutors and counselors play an important role in the ideological and political education system.Focusing on the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talents,in order to adapt to the law of medical education and the growth characteristics of graduates,and solve the weaknesses in the ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the practical dilemma and potential causes on educational concepts,mechanism,effectiveness and other aspects of collaborative education between graduate tutors and counselors.By clarifying responsibilities,improving the mechanism,strengthening professional training,expanding communication channels,building educational team and other ways to explore the path in line with the training mode of medical graduates,and further strengthen the sense of responsibility and the initiative of educating students,help improving the cultivating ability and level of universities,and promote the high-quality development of medical graduate education.
