区域医保慢病续方平台设计研究

Research on the Design of Regional Medical Insurance Chronic Disease Prescription Continuation Platform

在阐述搭建背景和目标的基础上,该文对区域医保慢病续方平台的总体设计、业务关系设计、平台功能设计分别进行了探究。所提出的平台设计方案通过对线上续方流程的优化,打破传统慢病续方在时间和地点上所受的限制,实现对医患操作流程的简化,不仅能促进医保便民服务的深化应用,还可进一步提升医院运营质效,提高医院的整体服务水平。

Based on the background and goals of the platform,the overall design,business relationship design,and platform function design of the regional medical insurance chronic disease continuation platform are explored.The proposed platform design scheme optimizes the online prescription renewal process,breaking the limitations of traditional chronic disease prescription renewal in terms of time and location,and simplifying the doctor-patient operation process.This not only promotes the deepening application of convenient medical insurance services,but also further improves the quality and efficiency of hospital operations and enhances the overall service level of the hospital.
