摘要 该文探讨了基于ITIL 4框架的信息化(数据、信息与通信技术)项目运维服务管理体系构建,细致分析了硬件资源管理、软件资源管理以及管理协议与工具的应用,突出了在现代技术环境下高效管理IT资产的重要性,特别关注了管理协议如SNMP、SSH、CLI在服务器、交换机和路由器管理中的作用,以及监控与性能分析工具的关键性。此外,还探讨了数字化管理平台在优化运维决策中的重要性,为信息化项目提供了一个实用且全面的运维管理框架。 This article explores the construction of an information technology(data,information and communication technology)project operation and maintenance service management system based on the ITIL 4 framework.The article provides a detailed analysis of hardware resource management,software resource management,and the application of management protocols and tools,highlighting the importance of efficiently managing IT assets in modern technological environments.Special attention was paid to the role of management protocols such as SNMP,SSH,and CLI in server,switch,and router management,as well as the criticality of monitoring and performance analysis tools.In addition,the importance of digital management platforms in optimizing operation and maintenance decisions was discussed,providing a practical and comprehensive operation and maintenance management framework for information technology projects.
