摘要
为解决射频卷纸供给(Reel Feeding,RF)装置卷纸缠绕器定位块易折断引发缠绕器定位失败的问题,对RF装置的卷纸缠绕器机构的工作原理、定位块的功能和受力进行研究。经过深入分析发现,定位块易折断的原因为应力集中点的应力值大于材料许用最大应力值。经过计算,合理增大定位块的直径能够满足零件受力须小于材料许用强度的原则。按照计算确定的直径制作新的卷纸缠绕器定位块,安装在RF装置上,经过3个月的运行,故障次数明显减少。
In order to solve the problem that the winding block of Reel Feeding(RF)device is easily broken,the working principle,function and force of the winding block of RF device are studied.After in-depth analysis,it is found that the reason why the positioning block is easy to break is that the stress value of the stress concentration point is greater than the maximum allowable stress value of the material.Through calculation,the principle that the force of the part should be less than the allowable strength of the material can be satisfied by reasonably increasing the diameter of the positioning block.A new coil winding block is made according to the calculated diameter and installed on the RF device.After 3 months of operation,the number of failures is significantly reduced.
