摘要
探讨基于无损检测技术的道路施工起重设备检验方法,以应对道路施工中起重设备的安全隐患和质量控制问题。首先,详细分析起重设备特点与安全强度分析技术,概述无损检测技术。其次,提出基于超声转换器无损检测技术的新型检验方法,并设计相应的实验方案和流程。最后,结合无损检测技术的原理和方法,提出一种针对起重设备的检验系统,并通过对多种材料和零部件的检测实验,验证该系统的准确性和可行性。研究结果表明,基于无损检测技术的起重设备检验系统具有高效、便捷、精准的特点,能够检测出起重设备可能存在的缺陷和隐患,为道路施工安全提供重要保障。
This study aims to explore the inspection method of lifting equipment in road construction based on non-destructive testing technology,in order to deal with the safety hazards and quality control problems of lifting equipment in road construction.First of all,the lifting equipment characteristics and safety strength technology are analyzed in detail,and the non-destructive testing technology is summarized.Secondly,a new nondestructive testing method based on ultrasonic converter technology is proposed,and the corresponding experimental scheme and process are designed.Then,combining the principle and method of non-destructive testing technology,a kind of inspection system for lifting equipment is proposed.The accuracy and feasibility of the method are verified by testing many kinds of materials and parts.The research results show that the lifting equipment inspection system based on non-destructive testing technology has the characteristics of high efficiency,convenience and accuracy,and can detect the possible defects and hidden dangers of lifting equipment,which provides an important guarantee for the safety of road construction.
