摘要
文章对旋转冲击型液压锚杆钻机的锚杆进行力学分析,首先构建锚杆的三维模型,其次采用有限元分析方法,详细分析锚杆在受到旋转冲击力时的工作机理、应力分布及潜在失效模式。结果表明,锚杆在钎杆与钎头接触处存在应力集中现象,此处可能会成为后期工作中的潜在危险面。最后进行模态分析,揭示锚杆固有频率与锚杆尺寸之间的关系,以期为锚杆的设计和优化提供科学依据,进而提升旋转冲击型液压锚杆钻机的性能和安全性。
In this paper,the mechanics analysis of the bolt of the rotary impact hydraulic bolt drill is carried out.Firstly,the 3D model of the bolt is constructed,and then the working mechanism,stress distribution and potential failure mode of the bolt are analyzed in detail by the finite element analysis method.The results show that there is stress concentration at the contact between bit rod and bit head,which may become a potential dangerous surface in later work.Finally,modal analysis is carried out to reveal the relationship between the natural frequency of bolt and the size of bolt,in order to provide scientific basis for the design and optimization of bolt,and then improve the performance and safety of rotary impact hydraulic bolt drill.
