摘要
在煤矿等重工业领域,输送带常因矿石质量不均、设备老化或环境因素等发生偏移,不仅影响生产效率,而且可能造成设备损坏或安全事故。自动纠偏装置是一种用于纠正皮带输送系统运行过程中皮带偏离的设备。文章分析自动纠偏装置的结构、工作机制和调节方式,探讨其在煤矿皮带运输设备中的具体应用,最后对自动纠偏装置未来的发展方向做出展望,旨在提升煤矿运输系统的安全性与效率。
In heavy industries such as coal mines,conveyor belts are often offset due to uneven ore quality,equipment aging or environmental factors,which not only affects production efficiency,but also may cause equipment damage or safety accidents.Automatic deviation correction device is a device used to correct the deviation of the headband during the operation of the belt conveying system.This paper analyzes the structure,working mechanism and adjustment mode of the automatic correction device,discusses its specific application in the coal mine belt transportation equipment,and finally makes an outlook on the future development direction of the automatic correction device,aiming at improving the safety and efficiency of the coal mine transportation system.
