摘要
近年来,借助计算机模拟技术对热处理工艺参数进行设计及优化的技术愈加成熟,数值模拟技术对指导实际生产具有重要意义。以材料为25CrMo4的某轿车等速万向传动轴为研究对象,应用Deform有限元软件对所设计的热处理工艺进行数值模拟,应用正交试验法进行热处理工艺参数优化,再通过显微硬度实验验证。结果表明,最优参数组合为渗碳温度为950℃、渗碳时间为80min、淬火温度为870℃、回火温度为175℃。研究为工程中的金属零部件的热处理工艺参数的优化提供了技术参考。
In recent years,the technology of designing and optimizing the heat treatment process parameters with the help of computer simulation technology has become more mature,and the numerical simulation technology is of great significance to guide the actual production.In this paper,the constant speed universal drive shaft of a car with 25CrMo4 is taken as the research object,the designed heat treatment process is simulated by Deform finite element software,the orthogonal test method is applied to optimize the process parameters,and then verified by the microhardness test.The results show that the optimal parameter combination is carburization temperature 950℃,carburization time 80 min,quenching temperature 870℃and tempering temperature 175℃.This paper provides a technical reference for the optimization of heat treatment process parameters in engineering.
