摘要
针对煤矿带式输送机托辊故障检测的实际需求,提出一种基于多传感器融合的托辊状态监测新方法。通过在输送机托辊上布置振动、声发射、温度和应变等传感器阵列,建立全面反映托辊健康状态的监测数据集。采用多传感信息融合技术,从振动、声发射、温度等多个物理场响应角度分析托辊故障特征,实现托辊故障的高精度诊断与预警。该研究可为煤矿输送系统的安全运行提供可靠的技术保障。
In view of the actual demand of fault detection of rollers in coal mine belt conveyor,a new method of idler condition monitoring based on multi-sensor fusion is proposed.By placing vibration,acoustic emission,temperature and strain sensor arrays on conveyor rollers,a monitoring data set reflecting the health status of rollers is established.Multi-sensor information fusion technology is used to analyze the fault characteristics of idlers from the response angles of vibration,acoustic emission,temperature and other physical fields,and to realize the high-precision diagnosis and early warning of idler faults.The research can provide reliable technical support for the safe operation of coal mine conveying system.
