摘要
针对传统点位式航空复材成型Invar钢模具焊接模型效率低、变形大的问题,提出基于热效应的焊接工艺设计。通过设定焊接参数、计算熔敷效率、设置摆动焊缝和反变形角,结合热效应原理,提高焊接效率,并采用层间温度调整和热累积比对进行焊接处理。测试结果显示,在1430℃、1570℃和1620℃条件下,热效应焊接工艺相比传统工艺,焊接变形值更小,表明该工艺更稳定、高效,具有实际应用价值。
This study proposes a welding process design based on thermal effects to address the issues of low efficiency and large deformation in the welding model of traditional point based aerospace composite forming Invar steel molds.By setting welding parameters,calculating deposition efficiency,setting swing weld seams and anti deformation angles,and combining the principle of thermal effects,welding efficiency is improved,and interlayer temperature adjustment and thermal accumulation comparison are used for welding treatment.The test results show that under the conditions of 1430℃,1570℃,and 1620℃,the thermal effect welding process has smaller welding deformation values compared to traditional processes,indicating that this process is more stable,efficient,and has practical application value.
