摘要
随着国家现代化进程的推进,盾构机成为大量基础建设工程施工的首选。滚刀是盾构机最重要的零部件之一,其性能直接影响着施工进度。从结构、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织等方面分析国内外滚刀,以期为盾构机滚刀的研制提供理论依据和可借鉴的经验。
With the advancement of the modernization process of the country,the shield machine has become the first choice for the construction of a large number of infrastructure projects.Hob is one of the most important parts of shield machine,and its performance directly affects the construction progress.In this paper,the structure,chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure and other aspects of domestic and foreign hobs are analyzed,in order to provide theoretical basis and experience for the development of shield machine hobs.
