朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法联合抻筋指推法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zhu Lian′s type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture combined with muscle stretching and finger pushing therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的探讨朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法联合抻筋指推法治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月佛山市南海经济开发区人民医院收治的98例肩关节周围炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组患者采用常规针灸联合推拿治疗,观察组患者采用朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法联合抻筋指推法治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度[简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)]及Melle评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的SF-MPQ、Melle各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SF-MPQ、Melle各项评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组的SF-MPQ、Melle各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法联合抻筋指推法治疗肩关节周围炎效果良好,可以减轻疼痛,改善肩关节功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhu Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture combined with muscle stretching and finger pushing therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 98 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to the People's Hospital of Nanhai Economic Development Zone in Foshan City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with massage,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Zhu Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture combined with muscle stretching and finger pushing therapy.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain degree(short-form McGill pain questionnaire[SF-MPQ])and Melle score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in SF-MPQ and Melle scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-MPQ and Melle scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the SF-MPQ and Melle scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhu Lian's type Ⅱ inhibition acupuncture combined with muscle stretching and finger pushing therapy is effective in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can relieve pain and improve shoulder joint function.It is worthy of promotion.
