系统化健康宣教在老年2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of systematic health education in nursing of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨系统化健康宣教在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月晋江市医院收治的100例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,每组50例。参照组给予常规管护,研究组给予系统化健康宣教。比较两组患者疾病认知能力、自我管理行为、依从性及生活质量。结果宣教干预后,研究组患者疾病知识掌握程度及自我管理行为评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者管护过程中进行系统化健康宣教,可积极提高其疾病认知能力及自我管理行为能力,保障其血糖指标能够得到合理控制,进而有效提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic health education in nursing of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine management and nursing,and the study group was given systematic health education.Disease cognition,self-management behavior,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After education intervention,the disease knowledge mastery and self-management behavior scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose indexes in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education in the management and nursing of elderly patients with diabetes can actively improve their disease cognitive ability and self-management ability,ensure that their blood glucose indexes can be reasonably controlled,and effectively improve their quality of life.
