摘要
目的:分析中国成年居民鱼虾类食物摄入状况。方法:数据来自2018年“中国健康与营养调查”项目。将具有完整连续3d24h膳食数据和人口经济特征数据的18~64岁居民作为研究对象,分析其鱼虾类食物消费率和摄入量,并与《中国居民膳食指南(2022版)》鱼虾类食物推荐摄入量进行比较。结果:我国十五省(区、市)18~64岁居民2018年鱼虾类食物的消费率为41.9%、日均摄入量为28.5g、摄入量未达到推荐摄入量的人群比例为87.0%。不同受教育程度、居住地区和家庭人均年收入水平的成年居民鱼虾类食物消费率和消费量存在显著差异。结论:我国十五省(区、市)18~64岁居民鱼虾类食物消费率仍较低,摄入量也远未达到鱼虾类推荐摄入量,应进一步对我国成年居民开展营养宣教,提高鱼虾类食物的消费水平。
【Objective】To investigate the status of fish and shrimp consumption among Chinese adults in 15 provinces in 2018.【Method】Data used in present study was derived from the China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)2018.Subjects aged 18 to 64 years old and with completed consecutive 3 days 24h dietary recall data and demographic information were selected.The intake amount and consumption rate of fish and shrimp were analyzed and compared with recommended intake level by Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(2022).【Result】The percentage of people with fish and shrimp consumption and daily intake level of fish and shrimp in subjects aged 18—64 years from 15 provinces in 2018 were 41.9% and 28.5g/d,respectively.The proportion of subjects not meeting the Chinese dietary recommended intake on fish and shrimp was 87.0%.The proportion of subjects consuming fish and shrimp and intake level of fish and shrimp among adult residents were significantly different by education level,resident area and household annual income per capital.【Conclusion】The proportion of subjects with fish and shrimp consumption of Chinese adults aged 18—64 years from 15 province remains at a low level,and the intake level was far from the recommendation of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(2022).These findings suggest nutritional education needs to be conducted in Chinese adults to promote fish and shrimp intake.
