通合煤矿坚硬顶板切顶护巷技术研究

摘要 针对通合煤矿2号煤层上覆顶板岩层厚度大、质地坚硬不易垮落的问题,提出采用预裂爆破的方式进行切顶护巷。采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法,确定了合理的预裂爆破深度为16.6 m,爆破孔与水平方向夹角为75°。在2105工作面进行现场试验,现场监测结果显示,对2105轨道巷顶板岩层进行预裂爆破后,有效解决了2105工作面坚硬顶板大面积悬顶问题,对2106皮带巷起到了切顶卸压护巷的作用。 Aiming at the problem of large thickness,hard texture and difficulty falling down of overlying roof strata in No.2 coal seam of Tonghe Coal Mine,the method of pre-splitting blasting was proposed to cut the roof and protect the roadway.By means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the reasonable pre-splitting blasting depth was determined to be 16.6 m,and the angle between the blasting hole and the horizontal direction was 75°.The field test was carried out on No.2105 Face.The field monitoring results showed that after the pre-splitting blasting of the roof strata of No.2105 track roadway,the problem of large-area hanging roof of the hard roof of No.2105 Face was effectively solved,and the role of roof cutting and pressure relief was played on No.2106 belt roadway.
