The spindle room robot automatic device is a new product developed to adapt to the automation improvement of tire manufacturing enterprises.It consists of a robot,a positioning and conveying device,an auxiliary spindle car,mechanical positioning,a moving chassis,a track,and other parts.This machine can automatically load spindles with full load and unload spindles with empty load;The whole machine has a unique structure and high degree of automation,which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers,but also reduces personnel configuration.
