摘要
将不同厂家双酰肼类材料在全钢子午线轮胎的胎面及基部胶配方中实验。通过研究表明,双酰肼类材料加入在全钢胎面及基部胶中,流变数据会出现焦烧时间短,门尼黏度偏高导致加工工艺困难。胶料硫化后拉伸强度和300%定伸应力均增加,胶料的滚动阻力降低。该材料的物理性能提升明显,若解决其工艺问题,在全钢配方中应用前景可观。
This article conducts experiments on the tread and base rubber formulations of all steel radial tires using different hydrazide materials produced by various manufacturers.Research has shown that the addition of hydrazide based materials to the all steel tread and base rubber can shorten the coking time and increase the Mooney viscosity,leading to processing difficulties;At the same time,the tensile strength and 300%tensile stress of the rubber material increase after vulcanization,and the rolling resistance of the rubber material decreases.The addition of this material significantly improves the physical properties of the adhesive,and if the process problem is solved,it will have broad prospects.
