曼尼希碱缓蚀剂在10%盐酸溶液中对13Cr的缓蚀作用

摘要 通过曼尼希反应合成了一种曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,通过傅里叶红外光谱对其结构进行表征。采用失重法,电化学分析等研究了曼尼希碱缓蚀剂在90℃、10%盐酸溶液中对13Cr不锈钢的缓蚀效率,研究结果表明:当温度为90℃时,在10%盐酸溶液中,仅添加1%缓蚀剂,缓蚀效率可达99.52%,电化学分析表明,该缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂。 This article synthesized a mannich base corrosion inhibitor through mannich reaction,and characterized its structure by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.the corrosion inhibition efficiency of mannich base corrosion inhibitor on 13Cr stainless steel in 90℃and 10%hydrochloric acid solution was studied using weight loss method and electrochemical analysis.the research results showed that when the temperature was 90℃and only 1%corrosion inhibitor was added to 10%hydrochloric acid solution,the corrosion inhibition effi ciency could reach 99.52%.Electrochemical analysis showed that the corrosion inhibitor was a mixed type.
