Exploring on the Cultivation of College Students' Innovative Ability in Local Applied Universities——Taking Organic Chemistry Experiment as an Example

有机化学实验是化学类及相关专业本科生的一门必修课程,具有很强的实践性。通过有机化学实验课程学习,培养学生发散思维和创新能力,是培养复合型人才的重要途径。结合在有机化学实验课程教学和实践方面的探索,从实验项目设计、考核机制等多维度对有机化学实验课程进行了探索性改革,旨在进一步培养学生创新能力,提升教学质量。

Organic Chemistry Experiment is a required course for undergraduates majoring in chemistry and related majors,which is highly practical.To cultivate students' divergent thinking and innovative ability through the course of Organic Chemistry Experiment is an important way to cultivate compound talents.Based on the author's exploration in the teaching and practice of the Organic Chemistry Experiment course,this paper makes an exploratory reform of the organic chemistry experiment course from the aspects of experimental design,assessment mechanism and application,aiming at further cultivating students' innovation ability and improving teaching quality.
