人工培育和野生九制黄精品质比较研究

摘要 黄精是一种既能入药也能食用的中药材,其中的很多活性成分都有益于人体。黄精中多种成分如蛋白质和多糖具有多种生物活性,有很高的药用价值。目的:研究九制黄精的成分并进行含量检测,对比人工培育和野生九制黄精的成分含量区别。方法:采用考马斯亮蓝法测定黄精中蛋白质的含量;硫酸-蒽酮法测定黄精中多糖的含量;索氏提取法测定黄精中脂肪的含量;电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了黄精中金属离子的含量。结果:野生九制黄精的水分、蛋白质、脂肪和多糖含量均高于人工培育九制黄精。结论:通过比较人工培育和野生黄精中的蛋白质、脂肪和多糖,野生培育黄精品质好于人工培育。对于九制黄精,不论是野生的还是培育的黄精,锌元素的含量较Na,K等其他元素要高很多,锌元素是人体必需元素,可能是黄精对人体有益的原因之一。 Polygonatum sibiricum Red is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine that can be used as medicine and also edible.Many active ingredients in it are beneficial to human body.Many components such as protein and polysaccharide have various biological activities and have high medicinal value.Objective:To study and detect the components of Polygonatum sibiricum Red which is processed by nine steamed and nine dried,and compare the difference between artificial cultivation and wild Polygonatum sibiricum Red.Methods:The content of protein was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method.The content of polysaccharide was determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone method.The content of fat was determined by Soxhlet extraction method.The content of metal ions in Polygonatum sibiricum Red was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.Results:The contents of water,protein,fat and polysaccharide in wild Polygonatum sibiricum Red were higher than those in the artificial cultivation's.Conclusion:By comparing the protein,fat and polysaccharide in artificial and wild Polygonatum sibiricum Red,the quality of wild Polygonatum sibiricum Red is better than the artificial cultivation's.The content of zinc is much higher than that of Na,K and other elements,and zinc is an essential element for the human body,which may be one of the reasons why Polygonatum sibiricum Red is beneficial to the human body.
